November's Master Mindset "ABUNDANCE"

Discover the Healing Properties of Lapis Lazuli

What an exciting week! We visited the pumpkin patch, carved pumpkins and now I am excited to trick-or-treat for Halloween. It is the end of the month and we are about to release next month's Intentional Scrapbooking KitTM which I know will be a hit! I am not going to reveal the master mind set just yet....be sure to check back saturday! I am sure that we can all use the mental boost that this month's project has an ample supply of!

I almost forgot to post the inspirational and informational article on the crystal that is featured in October's Intentional Scrapbooking KitTM, "Creative Vision". Lapis Lazuli is a very powerful stone! I have been actively working with it all month and it has kept me busy. It has revealed insight as to former ways of thinking that need to be released and how to refocus the nature of my thoughts. A stone so ancient, it is said to have existed before time itself, lapis lazuli is a powerful stone for awakening awareness within the self. Abundantly found throughout the ruins of many ancient civilizations, it was highly prized by the Egyptians and Mesopotamians. Used as a tool for raising consciousness, lapis was highly revered for its ability to bring wisdom, truth and light to the user.

The oldest known source that produces this semi-precious material are the mines of Badakshan province in Afghanistan. Relics and talismans found among ancient civilizations are traced back to this known source for the past 6,500 years. Although it can be found in other locations across the world, these mines produce the highest quality specimens.

Lapis lazuli is comprised of a deep cobalt blue with scattered flecks of highly reflective golden pyrite. Its intense color is such a contrast to the dry and arid land of the desert in which it is mined that one can understand its prized popularity since the dawn of time. A known spiritual tool, lapis had many other purposes. Due to its saturated color it was frequently pulverized into powders to be used as paint, dyes, healing poultices, and eye shadow, as worn by the infamous Cleopatra.

Lapis Lazuli is one of two crystals in the mineral kingdom that is known to penetrate and surface rather than heal. It is most effective when placed on the middle of the forehead just between the eyebrows. This location is frequently referred to as the third eye. When placed here, it will assist the user in penetrating limited beliefs and illusions of the self that block access to the wisdom of the subconscious. Lapis quickly draws a person into the depths of the infinite intelligence of the inner mind.

It is here in the subconscious realm that the energetic vibration of lapis will align one with the power of creative source. This alignment ignites awareness and self empowerment. In return, this awakening serves to stimulate insight that surfaces in the form of ideas, inspiration and intuitive hunches.

Working together, lapis lazuli and one’s own creative vision inspire the user to powerfully and forcefully focus on desired visions with precise clarity. As dreams grow and expand in the eye of the beholder, insight is revealed as to the necessary steps that need to be performed in order to fulfill a desired goal.

Lapis not only aids in surfacing clear insight, it shows a person certain actions that one may need to take in order to ascend to higher levels of BEING. This means that it will reveal any information about what is blocking, preventing or standing in the way of achieving a desired goal. Lapis brings to light any and all thought patterns and emotional wounds that need to be released and healed. In other words, when someone is finished working with lapis, they will have a clear understanding as to what they really need to accomplish in order to turn their dreams into a reality.

Allow the deep blue ray of lapis to carry you to the depths of your subconscious mind where you can access the brightly shining truth and wisdom of your BEING. Lapis is a vehicle through which we can truly experience the light of the higher celestial realms and implement the wisdom received by grounding it into physical action.

Transmutation of Thoughts into Physical Matter

What a joy life is! How great it is to be free! BEING aligned with my purpose and aware of my highest potential carries a zest for life that is so grand words cannot begin to define it. To be aware that each thought I entertain attracts its equivalent physical counterpart inspires me to heights that I have never before known possible. I deliberately use every thought to create the most beautiful and inspiring life that I can intend for myself.

I am so thankful that I have discovered scrapbooking as an outlet to express my creative nature. Scrapbooking allows me to capture the intangible nature of thought and shape it into concrete form. As I scrapbook all my intentions, I find that I ascend to higher levels of BEING with an accelerated speed. Every morning I look forward to all that I can begin to create. I feel so creative and full of potential that I know from the depths of my soul that I can inspire the world!

Not only do I give color and shape to my thoughts through scrapbooking, I connect with the intelligence of nature through activating crystal energy. I am living the life I am meant to live.

Every day, I feel the overflow of divine inspiration. My thoughts crystalize into form as I courageously walk my path.

It is my burning desire, my intention, that the world know how effective scrapbooking can be as a tool for creating a life filled with any and all types of experiences that a person can imagine for themselves.

I intentionally used hematite on this LO to assist me in effectively grounding my inspired thoughts into physical action. Hematite encourages us to follow through with our ideas and commitments. I am committed to spreading awareness of the creative potential of thought. Each day is a new beginning full of possibilities.

Make a commitment to yourself to start each day affirming the positive. Look for the beauty in every experience. You will find that you will attract equivalent experiences all day long in return.

Creative Vision

By summoning creative vision, we can create the life we desire. So, what is creative vision and how do we harness it? Creative vision is information released from the wise and all-knowing source of the subconscious mind meant to inspire us to perform certain acts that are necessary to transform desired goals into realized physical experiences. When we harness our creative vision, we access clear insight from the deepest resource of our subconscious. In the depth of our deep inner mind, our creative vision awaits. To awaken and call forth this creative intelligence is to summon it using our powerful intent.

Intent is powerful. When we call forth creative vision with our intent, we are focused, determined, clear and purposeful. Our intent alone will surface the wisdom of creative vision. The question is how can one recognize it when it surfaces? The valuable insight is communicated to us through the imagination. It is through this vehicle that we successfully communicate to our subconscious and it communicates to us. Once we clearly understand this communication channel between our imagination and our subconscious mind, we can effectively, successfully, and deliberately use it to transform our dreams and goals into reality.

All we need to do is 1) Clearly state a desired intention, 2) arouse supportive emotions and, 3) deliberately focus our thought on the fulfilled outcome that we truly want to experience. These are the most powerful tools that we naturally possess. When we spend a prolonged amount of time each day holding a desired vision, we stimulate, deeply imprint, and give direction to the subconscious mind. In this way, we allow the subconscious mind to receive clear direction for what we truly desire.

In return, the subconscious mind, which knows everything needed to bring about a state of wholeness and well-being, immediately begins to attract all events and situations meant to fulfill the direction we’ve given to it. It literally guides you to be in the right place at the right time to receive all the necessary experiences that will transform your dreams into concrete physical realities.

New ideas and inspired hunches surfacing through your imagination are creative vision! If a new idea surfaces while you’re imagining a desired goal, pay attention! This valuable insight has been deliberately called forth from the depths of your all-knowing deep inner mind!

To recognize creative vision as it surfaces is to practice conscious awareness of every thought in each moment. Notice each thought as it occurs. Practicing this discipline will ensure that you will be able to identify new ideas and hits of inspiration as they arrive from the profound deep inner mind. It is through the creative vision that surfaces from your deep inner mind that all new ideas and inspiration are handed over to man.

Some of our imaginative abilities have become weak due to lack of use. The good news is that this powerful ability can be brought back to life through stimulation and exercise. Deliberate focused thought on images and sensations of a desired experience will serve to nurture your imagination. As you bring your imagination back to life, this fertile platform will help you grow and expand all your dreams.

As we strive to align with our highest potential, we can summon the master mindset of creative vision. Deliberate stating of this intent will allow creative wisdom to surface and expand our visions with a precise clarity. New ideas and inspiration will be released from the wise depths of the subconscious mind. Recognize the insight as it arises and take positive action on it. Small steps of inspired action are the necessary fuel to transform any desired dream into a reality.

My Angel Baby

Just had to share this LO of my BEAUTIFUL little angel...so peaceful and calm!!!!

I AM

I was so pleased to see my archer bro's tattoo this summer when he came to visit. At such as young age, he already realizes the force behind his thoughts!!! He has a strong intention to win a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics for archery. This tattoo is a powerful reminder of his inherent creative nature. I took pictures of him shooting so that I can use them to create a mini-book that will keep on encouraging him to imagine his dream!! Check out this awesome photo!

My Little Share Fairy

I love this photo of Samona saying, "HERE MOM!" She always shares whatever she has in her hand with me and her sisters. I love her giving and generous nature. I created this layout to complete a fun assignment for one of my favorite scrapbooking kit clubs, Bad Girls Kits....Now that I know how deeply scrapbooking can imprint the subconscious mind, I create all my projects while projecting strong intentions. My intention for this LO is for Samona to always remember to share her essence with others.

New Beginnings!

A brand new experience, a precious moment in time. The first day of kindergarten is a milestone that both Tara and I will always treasure! She was very excited and happy to sport a new backpack and outfit!

Our goal for this month is to have our newly designed official website on how to scrapbook to create and attract future outcomes launched by OCTOBER 1!!! Highest Potential

I am amazed at how fast time truly does seem to pass! Tara starts kindergarten this Thursday!
As for me, it's time to get back to work! My intention to kick off the month of September is to live according to my Highest POTENTIAL!

I created this LO to inspire me to use everything I have to make a difference in this world. The tag contains a partial quote, that I love, by Jack London. His words describe sufficiently how I feel at this point in my life.

Forever In Her Heart

On the last day of school, Tara's playschool teacher, Kristi, gave all the kids a red glass heart and told them that it was to remind them that they were forever in her heart. Her gentle way of teaching and being with her playschool kids has left its imprints on their little hearts and souls as well.

As I finished this LO, Tara immediately asked me if I could take a picture of it. When we went outside to take the picture, I realized that she wanted me to take a picture of her next to it. You can see happiness and love radiating from her as she admires the LO. Just another reason why I am so thankful for the art of scrapbooking. Even though Kristi's love is forever imprinted onto her soul, the memory of Kristi and Tara is forever preserved into a scrapbooking LO.

I Am Loved

When I first looked at this picture after it was taken, I saw from a different perspective how much my daughters love me. Although I already feel and know their love me, it was nice to have a picture that captured the essence of it.

Sometimes when creating intentions, it is important to recognize and acknowledge situations that are being experienced in the present moment. My intention for this scrapbook LO is to anchor the feeling of being well loved on a deeper and stronger level. By acknowledging the present experience and using my intention to sustain the feeling of being loved, I am creating the potential for many future outcomes of similar experiences. Feeling loved is something money cannot buy. It is my desire to always attract and create moments like this throughout my life. I am so happy that I can use scrapbooking as a tool to cultivate feelings and certain states of mind.

Awaken to Your Consciousness!

I saw this piece of paper by Sassafrass Lass and all I could think of was AWAKEN! Since this is my ultimate desire, to awaken to the unlimited possiblities of my consciousness in each and every moment, I had to create this layout on a piece of canvas. Where do you think I placed it?........By my bed of course!

My intention for this creation is that each and every morning this piece of art will serve to remind me of my ultimate desire. What better way then to anchor this affirmation into a beautiful piece of art that will serve as a focal point and reminder of that which you desire in life. Upon waking in the morning, I will reinforce to my subconscious mind that what I wish to achieve. Not only am I imprinting this affirmation into the creative energy that flows through all living things, but I am starting my day off in a positive way!

When you start your day off with positive thoughts and intentions, you can be sure that you will attract experiences of a like nature. This LO makes me so happy! It was fast and easy to make. this project will be featured in my new book, and will be expanded on in more detail. Queen of Scream

This little girl loves to scream when she is having a great time. I always want to remember the sound of it. I can actually hear her screaming with joy as I look at this picture. I am so thankful that I was able to captured it.

This is a LO I submitted for this weeks Monday Challenge at Scrap for a Cure. The challenge was to make your own embellishments that did not come straight from a package. I made the acrylic accents with stamps, wax and Diamond Glaze, then I stained them with alcohol inks. Fun!

Time for Everything

Currently, I have so many interests and ideas that I want to work on or need to complete during the course of the day, that time seems to elude me. In my thoughts about lack of time and the pressing urge to get things done, I have been feeling a little frustrated. I have become aware of the fact that I tend to look at the clock often to see what time it is and then I calculate how much time I have left in the day to accomplish all my goals. This has ultimately led to a unfolding negative thought process that is creating the experience of not getting all the things done in the day that need to be completed.

There is so much information in thoughts of lack. By becoming consciously aware of my frustration with time, I can choose in the moment of NOW to change the way I view time or I can continue to feed the contrasting view of lack and feeling frustrated. As I became aware of my thoughts of lack and feelings of frustration, I knew there was a hidden desire that needed to be born.

My new found desire has now given way to a positive way of thinking about time. What better way than to scrapbook a clock with a positive affirmation on it, so that every time I look at it, it will serve as an anchor and reminder as to all that I am trying to create in my life. It will also relax me and reassure me that time is not really a factor in just BEING and experiencing the joys of living.

My affirmation to help me remember what it is that I am intending to create and positively focus on is that, “There is time for EVERYTHING.” Each and every time that I look at my new clock, I will shift my former way of thinking to focus on my new positive thought forms. Each and every time I look at this clock, I will say the affirmation, which reinforces and gives direction to my subconscious mind. Then I will hold mental images of myself happily and successfully accomplishing all that I need to throughout my day.

To take my new found desire further, I am intending to create a mini book that also states that, “there is time for everything”, in which I will refine with clarity, all that it is that I want to make time for. It would be such a joy to see if you have any ideas or input as to how to positively view time and how you accomplish all that you desire during the day.
